Broadway Bound: The Search for Broadway’s Next Star is officially launching as a fully structured international franchise, rolling out across multiple territories including South Korea, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and the United States.  The format centers on undiscovered musical theater performers competing for a career-launching prize: a leading role in a fully produced professional musical within their home country.

 

Produced in collaboration with Diamond Moving Pictures, the series challenges contestants to prove they have what it takes to be true triple threats, demonstrating exceptional singing, dancing, and acting with the passion, discipline, and versatility demanded by the world’s most celebrated stage.

 

Each week, contestants face intense challenges designed by top Broadway professionals, testing their versatility, endurance, and raw talent. From mastering complex choreography and performing iconic show tunes to delivering powerful dramatic scenes, they must impress a panel of four renowned judges, including Broadway stars, choreographers, directors, and producers, to avoid elimination. Throughout the competition, they will also receive guidance from a rotating lineup of guest mentors made up of leading Broadway performers and creatives.
